Exercise : Week 4

June 21st:  

It was Global Yoga Day. And my answer to it was 50 Dips and 50 Push-ups. 

Couldn't continue with M40 as I woke up late. Sunday! 


June 22nd: 

Morning: M10
Evening: Dips 20, Push-ups 20


June 23rd:

M30
Dips 20


June 25th:

M40
Dips 20
Plank, Side Plank ( 1 + 1 )
Push Up 5


June 27th: 

It rained. So no exercise. Felt bad. Fourth week ended in a hurried way.
